These terms cover this website and the notify list. The game itself, when it exists, will be sold under the storefront’s terms — Steam’s, in the first instance — and not under these.
The notify list
Signing up means you want to hear when the game is out. Expect roughly two messages. You can leave at any time, by the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any text.
Text messages
If you ticked the SMS box, you agreed to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Beyonds Studio at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of joining the email list. Message frequency is low — about two messages total. Message and data rates may apply, and your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Give us only a number you are actually entitled to use.
A game in development
Everything described here — the six tribes, the tech tree, the systems, the art, the timing, the stone age and the bronze age after it — is work in progress. It may change substantially, and some of it may never ship. Nothing on this site is a promise of a feature, a release date, or a price, and you should not buy anything elsewhere on the strength of it.
What belongs to whom
SKYHEARTH, the game, its art, music, text, logos and designs belong to Beyonds Studio. You are welcome to make videos, screenshots, streams and write-ups about the game, including monetised ones, as long as you are not passing the work off as your own or implying we endorsed something we did not. You may not resell the assets or use them to train a model.
Conduct
Do not attack the site, scrape it at volume, or submit other people’s contact details to the notify form. The Discord has its own rules and its own moderators, and being removed from there is a matter for that server, not this page.
No warranty, and limits
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it accurate and online but cannot promise either. To the fullest extent the law allows, Beyonds Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the notify list.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
