SKYHEARTH: Tribes

Privacy

Last updated 3 October 2026

This page covers skyhearthtribes.com, a site run by Beyonds Studio. There is no analytics here, no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no cookies. The only thing the site ever asks you for is a way to tell you when the game is out, and only if you offer it.

What we ask for

One form, on the notify list:

Email address — required, so we can tell you when the game launches.
Mobile number — optional, and only used if you also tick the box consenting to texts. Leave it blank and no number is sent anywhere.

We ask for nothing else. No name, no age, no address, no payment details.

At the time of writing the sign-up form is not yet connected to a mailing provider — submitting it tells you so rather than quietly collecting anything. When it is connected, the provider is named in this section before the form goes live.

What we do with it

Your address and number sit on a mailing list held by a third-party email and SMS provider, and are used to send you a very small number of messages about this game. Roughly two: one when there is something real to see, one at launch. We do not sell the list, rent it, or hand it to anyone else for their own use, and we do not use it to advertise unrelated things.

Texts, specifically

You only get texts if you ticked the box. Those are recurring automated marketing messages from Beyonds Studio, about two in total. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any of them to stop them for good, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of anything — the email list works perfectly well on its own.

Getting off the list

Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and STOP ends the texts. You can also write to hello@beyondsstudio.com and ask to be removed, and we will delete the record rather than merely flag it.

What happens automatically

Hosting. Netlify serves the site and receives your IP address and user-agent in the ordinary course of doing so.
Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address on page load. A content blocker prevents this and the page still works.

Links away from here

Steam, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and beyondsstudio.com are all somebody else’s service once you click through, each with its own privacy policy. Joining the Discord in particular means Discord holds your data under their terms, not ours.

Your rights

Under rules such as the GDPR and the CCPA you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, take a copy, or have it deleted, and we will not treat you worse for asking. Since the most we ever hold is an email address and perhaps a phone number, these are quick to answer. Write to hello@beyondsstudio.com.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their details. If a child has signed up, tell us and we will remove the record.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes first and the date at the top moves.
